Abacus HS provides a comprehensive, yet affordable, Health and Safety service for small businesses - ranging from 5 to 250 employees.

Our highly qualified Health and Safety consultants will either carry out a review of your existing H&S documentation and procedures, or will create a completely new, and fully compliant, system.

We will then prepare your overall Health and Safety policy and the risk assessments for your primary workplace. We will also identify any Health and Safety related training that your staff require.

All Health and Safety Documents will be placed on an extranet hosted by Abacus HS on your behalf.
Abacus HS will update these documents as legislation changes.

An Abacus HS consultant will make routine visits to your premises to review your H&S procedures and ensure that your staff understand the H&S policies and to provide general Health and Safety Advice.
Abacus HS will provide the "Competent Person"
Abacus HS will update the  fire safety report **
Abacus HR will provide a Health and Safety helpline

** If a full Fire Risk  has not already been undertaken when the Abacus HS becomes your Health and Safety provider, we can carry out your initial Fire Risk Assessment(s) - as required by current legislation - at a small additional cost.

There is no set up charge for our standard service, with payment being made by standing order on a monthly basis.
